September 1 1939 this is when world 2 started when Germany, Italy, Japen, Britain, France, Australia, India, Canada, New Zealand, China, Soviet Union, and the U.S. Also Germany invaded Poland. Hitler wanted living space for the people of Germany. -
Germany Takes Paris
Germany Declares war on France and low countries to take out more allied powers. They made a planned and they bypassed France's strong part. They started bombing at killing most of there army soon taking over Paris. -
Battle of Britain
Germany had a plan to take over by using the sky and then destroy Britain's air force. Sinces Germany had over run Belgium, France, and Netherlands Britain stood alone. Hitler wanted to take out Britain Isles in the summer of 190 and had used over 1350 bombers and 1200 fighters. And bombed most of london and Britain suffered a lot of damage -
Lend Lease
After the thing that Germany did to Britain Britain needed help. The U.S helped out but stayed out of it by doing a thing called Lend Lease when the gave Britian war supplies and old Navel warships for a trade of military bases in Bermuda and Caribbean. -
Bombing Pearl Harbor
Japan had been crippled from the embargo from U.S so they wanted to get back and Tojo was ready to enter the war. They needed to take out the bases at sea because the would ruin there plans. They decided to make a surpirse attack from the air on them. It worked and they strucked Pearl Harbor. In two hours they killed and wounded over 3500 americans and badly sank 8 warships. -
U.S Declares War
Sinces the thing about the bombing of Pearl Harbor from Japan it angered the U.S making them enter the war. December 8 1941 the U.S declared war on Germany and Japan.
