Eisenhower doesnt know if it is a good idea for the US to fight in the war, he wants to resist, and ends up giving in after a little while. -

French lose to North Vietnam when trying to get indonisia back, North vietnam then goes on to have a full powered comunist country. This battle went on for 55 days and left many killed and even more injured. -

Hue
South Vietnams 3rd largest city, called Hue fell to the North Vietnam army. -

South Vietnam surrendered to the comunists!! -
End of the war
At 4:03 a.m., two U.S. Marines were killed in a rocket attack. This was at Saigon's Tan Son Nhut airport. Surprisingly enough they were the last two american killed during this war. A few hours later, looters ransack the embassy, North Vietnamese tanks role into Saigon, and they ended the war. Over 100,000 people were killed.
