    Tim moved from Plessy and began to work for DG Nash, as this new job he was able to work on operating systems as well as typesetting software. Next, as he grew in his career he began to work at CERN, at CERN he was able to do independent consultant software work.

    While working at CERN, on the side Tim was able to write his own private program for storing information. He then went on to write a program called Empire. Empire as a program was the beginning of the formation of the World Wide Web programming.

The World Wide Web Consortium is a range of organizations that drive the core of the Internet. They are responsible to entertainment, publishing and more. Which is the basis formation of Web standards.
