    The Northwest Ordinance was passed to provide a grib of possible states that could possibly be added to the Union. It happened because the congress wanted a way to figure out how many and the guidlines to what territories could possibly be added into being a state. The Ordinance happened in the Northwesr territory. It relates to the Westward Expansion because it was added territory that would eventually be in the Northwest.

    The Louisiana Purchase was when the U.S. purchased a large amount of territory from France. This happened because Thomas Jefferson wanted to expand our territory westward. The Lousisana Purchased was created in America. The Louisiana Purchase relates to the Westward Expansion because Thomas Jefferson had expanaded our territory buy thousands of miles expanding our land westward. The land was sold to us for about 15 million dollars.

It happened because America Knew that there was land beyond what they had thought, they sent two men on the journey to search it. It happened along the Pacific Ocean and along other waters. It relates to the expantion because the expedition gave us an detailed idea of the lnad we could take over.

It relates to the Westward Expansion because it played a vital role in us attempting tpo gain more land, however our defeat ruined that.

It relates to the Westward Expansion because it was away to expand trade and the amount o fground they had covered from one are to another.

It relates to the Westward Expansion because we were moving into Florida.

It happened in the Missouri territory, right above the divide line. It relates to the Westward Expansion because this was a time when not many states were added into the Union, with Missouri being added it also meant that Maine had to be added, to balance everything out.

It happened beause Andrew Jackson didn't like Indians and wanted to force them to leave from their current home. It was passed to move Indians from the Mississippi River. It relates to the Westward Expansion because we were forcing the Indians out of their homes and into new territory.

The trail of tears was because the Indians were forced to move around, leaving Indians to die along the path. The Trail of Tears happened because when Jackson had became president he had expressed that he had always been a fan of removing Indians simply for him not liking them. The Trails of Tears happened along the Mississippi River. This relates because of assigned territory.

The Annexation of Texas was when we had claimed Texas as a state, joioning it into the Union. This relates to the Westward Expansion because it was an important way for us to gain the land we needed, helping us expand our land.

It happened because they felt that thier current home was without peae and they feared others. They moved to a Valley near the Great Salt Lake. It happened because America was looking to expand into thpose areas because they wanted them. It happened in Mexico and ended the war we were fighting with them. It relates to the expnsion because we expanded into those area more than 500,000 miles.

The Dawes Act was passed in the U.S. by president Cleveland. This relates to the Westward Expansion because this meant that land would be given to the Native Americans
