Each vagrancy laws involves rights of blacks that should be punished or criminalized if not following southerner's orders.

    Of course after the civil war, the 14th amendment was authorized by the government institution to grant permissions of freed slaves a right to vote and officially providing equality, which never came. And has forbidden the movement of depriving people's rights. Which of course, was done by the works of Abraham Lincoln until his assassination in 1865. In 1866, the amendment was passed on to one of the amendments of the Constitution.

In which most of the town were homeless encampments and shacktowns during the beginning of the Great Depression. The eviction only led the encouragement to popularize and expand hooverville furthermore while crime rates increased dramatically.

The Japanese had launched a surprise attack at the time of the peace conference from Malaya to Hawaii in Honolulu in 1941. This was controversial at the time which led to the United States declaring war against Japan.

    In the ninth of August 1945, an atomic bomb was dropped on top of Hiroshima which killed over 129,000 and 226,000 civilians in the two cities. The "Little Boy" was dropped at the first location while the other named "Fat Man" was dropped on Nagasaki which had similar effects from the previous bomb. This was considered one of the most horrifying ways to end a war as many victims of the bombing suffer from severe illness due to exposure of radiation.
