    Queen Elizebeth was crowned Juen second 1953, in Westminster Abbey. Her majesty was the thirty-ninth Sovereign to be crowned at Westminister Abbey. While Queen Elizabeth was the sixth Queen to have been crowned in Wstminister Abbey. The cerimony was just her accepting the crown and saying that she promised she would be an acceptable queen. She's been Queen for 63 calander years and is now tied for years with Queen Victoria. Queen Elizebeth II is still the queen today and people like her.

    After World War II ended a new conflict began called the Cold War. It was United States against the Soviet Union. They fought to show off there newer and more improved than the others technology.     The cod wars were a series of fights between Britain and Iceland running from the 1950s to the 1970s . They fought over the rights to fish in Icelandic waters.
