JFK was the 35th president and made things happen.
President John F Kennedy issued the Executive Order 10925, which included a provision that was signed to make everyone equal. The issue was provisioned by peple can be hired no matter the race,color or national origin. They are to be treated as equal as the white workers of employment. -
people fought against racial discrimination and segeration.
everyone wanted equality and equinty. The blacks wanted to be treated as the whites. The blacks wanted to go to school with the whites or work with the whites. -
Alabama schools were desegerated.
On this day, black students intergrated Alabama schools. They sent armed forces to make this happen. -
John F Kennedy was assinated
Presdient JFK was assissanted in Dallas,Texas. He was shot twice by Lee Harvey Oswald. Lee Harvey Oswald also killed a cop that questioned him about the presidents death. The policeman was Officer J.D. Tippit. He was then arrested by many officers and charged of two murders. -
