    Osteopathy is a way of treating and preventing health problems which can be caused through stretching, and pulling. This type of treatment was invented around 1891. People who use osteopathy use a range of different techniques but do not use drugs or surgery to relieve individuals. they use manipulation with an aim to increase peoples muscles to stop any pain or stress. Also they try to enhance the blood supply to the tissues in the body and help the body heal itself.
