    Led by army officers who led approximately three thousand Russian soldiers. Occured in Senate Square in St. Petersburg. Nicholas I, the new tsar of Russia brutally repressed the uprising as well as executed the leaders of the rebels.

    Nicholas II inherited the throne after his father passed away from kidney disease on October 20th, 1894. Nicholas didn’t think he was prepared to be a czar and that he never wanted to become one.

    Bloody Sunday is the events that happened on Sunday of January in St. Petersburg, Russia. Unarmed demonstrators led by a man, father Georgy Gapon and fired upon by soldiers as they marched towards the Winter Palace to present a petition to Czar Nicholas II.

    Vladimir Lenin created the Soviet Union and was the first leader of the Soviet Union. He died of a brain hemorrhage at age 54.
