Scytherian horse cheek piece (BC)
This artifact was a piece of bone from a horse. It was found in grave 20 and was used to date part of the cemetery. It is also important to note that this is the only animal bone found in the cemetery and may mean that grave 20 contained an important person. -

Grave 20 (BC)
The Scytherian horse cheek piece dates this grave to within this range. This grave was lined in timber and shows more ornamentation than the other full body burials. -

Group B's burial timespan (BC)
This applies to graves 4, 10, 14, 15, 18, and 19. Grave 13 is suspect as it may be bones or a demolished urn. As we see the presence of iron in graves 15 and 19, we can say that these type of burials took place towards the start of the Iron Age. These are the appropriate dates given the faux Grecian location of our dig. Group B appears to be characterized by cremation, the iron beads/weapon and their location further south than Group A. -

Group A's burial timespan (BC)
This includes graves 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 16 due to their placement and full burial which is similar to the style of grave 7. The evidence of this time period is a Cimmerian horse bridle bit from Grave 7. Graves 5 and 17 are suspect due to their placement near the urns and grave 12 is above grave 11 which could indicate a later date on the timeline. Grave 9 is near the urns but is beneath the urns. Grave 13's type of burial is unknown. Grave 20 was dated to a different time. -

Cimmerian horse bridle bit (BC)
This artifact was made of bronze or copper. It was found in grave 7 and was used to date the similar type of burials with the exception of grave 20.
