Arthur as a kid and his parents back story.
Shows his dad finding his mother and their bonding and then having Arther. The shows him as a kid in the aquarium connecting with the sea life and people are scared. Shortly later it shows him training with his mother's trident after she was taken back to Atlantis. -
Black Manta takes control over a Submarine.
Black Manta and his father sabotage a submarine killing a few in the process. They end up locking the other crewmates who were on the submarine in the first place in a separate room. Then Aquaman comes from underneath the submarine and pushes it out of the water and then breaks in. A huge fighting scene commences that involves the father of Black Manta dying. Aquaman saves the men that were help captive and they escape. -
Black Manta decides for Revenge.
After the death of his father, he decides that he has to get revenge on Aquaman for not helping when his father gets stuck and drowned. -
Mera shows up.
When Arthurs's (Aquaman) car flips and it is stuck underwater he can't find a way to get his father who is asleep out and awake. Then Mera shows up out of the blue and manipulates the water so Arthur can pull his father out of the truck and try to save his life. Mera then takes all of the water out of the father's body and the dad is saved. -

After they had quite a few drinks Arthur decided to leave and he took his dad back home but while on the road back home a giant wave started rushing towards them. he tries to speed up to hopefully not be hit by the wave. But despite his best efforts he still gets caught in the middle of the wave. -
King Orm and King Nereus
King Orm and King Nereus have a meeting with the other kingdoms as they discuss how King Orm wants all kingdoms to fall under his rule so he can have the title "Ocean Master" Many of the other kingdoms refuse but King Nereus sides with him. Then a giant submarine shows up and sends torpedos towards the structure they are in and almost kills King Orm. -
Mera Tells Arthur about his half brother.
After Mera saves Arthurs's (Aquaman) father she explains how that giant wave was his brothers (King Orms) doing. It was a message to the world that Atlantis is real. Mera also goes on to explain how Orm has resented Arthur because he is half human, half Atlantian, meanwhile, Orm was full Atlantian. Mera tells Arther that his mother Atlanta was forced into an arranged marriage and fled. She ended up having Arther with his father. Atlanta was taken back to Atlantis and killed. -
Mera convinces Arthur to go to Atlantis to Stop his Brother.
Mera tells Arther how Orm wanted to wage war on the surface world and how he needed to go and stop him. Arther refuses at first but then he gives in and they get into a fish-mobile thing that can swim underwater and they sneak into Atlantis. -
Meet with Vulko
Once they sneak in Mera takes Arthur to a sunken ship with an air bubble thing and we get to see Vulko who was Arthurs's trainer when he was younger. Vulko explains that Arthur needs to be a prisoner's trident and be able to win against Orm so he doesn't wage war against the surface world. Arthur doesn't understand why he can't use his own trident which he got from his mother when she was taken away. Vulko explains how Posidens Trident works and Vulko pulls out a message from Posiden. -
King Orm and Arthur
King Orms's guards break into the ship and take him to the castle where Orm explains who he is. Arthur challenges Orm and they fight in an arena. Since most of Arthurs's training has been done on land he wasn't the best fighter and Orm ended up breaking Arthurs's trident. -
Mera saves Arthur
Arthur almost dies by Orm by falling into the lava but Mera saves him and they escape from being chased throughout the kingdom. They make it out and go to sleep in a whale's mouth because Arthur can talk to animals. Then they go to the desert kingdom. Put the message into the receiver and King Orm tells them some important stuff. Then they get a map in a bottle that tells them to go to Italy. -
Black Manta and Arthur
Black Manta gets new armor and 2 men from Orm and Black Manta then takes home to his shop where he fixes it up. Then we see him in Italy blowing stuff up and trying to kill Arthur and Mera. Arthur and Mera end up finding out that the bracelet she has, has a tracker on it so they destroy it and they manage to get away after Mera shoots wine spikes at the men that Orm gave Black Manta. -
Arthur gets the Trident
Mera and Arthur go to the Mariana Trench to retrieve the trident and end up getting attacked by the monster that lives in the Trench and they end up getting wirlded into a cave-like scene where you see Arthur's mother. Arthur then goes into the cave where the Karathen was guarding the Trident and she deems Arthur worthy of the Trident so he is able to get it. -
Aquaman and Orm war.
After Aquaman got the trident he and Orm fought. There was a huge war with all of the kingdoms but with Posidens Trident now in the hand of Arthur he controlled the ocean and everyone fell to his lead and they surrendered but of course, Orm wouldn't. He and Orm fought when Orm lost and demanded Arthur take his life. Arthur refused and he became King of Atlantis and Ocean Master, meanwhile, Orm was imprisoned.
